Rumah atau Duit???


Salam... Bolt n Black sangat berharap keputusan yang bijak,tepat dan mesra alam dapat di buat oleh YTC selaku pengerusi Taahas...


Rumah adalah 'duit'.... Malah lebih berlipat kali ganda di masa akan datang... Duit berapa banyak pun tetap akan 'hilang' tanpa apa2 faedah/kebaikan kepada ahli2 Taahas umumnya dan Ayahanda khususnya... Bukan ahli2 Taahas mementingkan wang ringgit, cuma di harap kebaikan dari keputusan YTC adalah kebaikan Ayahanda jua utk j/masa panjang...

Dad's new house

A bit update on dad's land. Yesterday Ytc met with En. Jefri developer just to check on when dad's money can be received. At least, we don't have to use our own money to renew dad's car insurance and road tax. After the discussion, Ytc expect maybe in a month because there is still a few minor issue need to be resolved with authorities. So, we still need to use our own money firstlah..

Dad's portion on the coming payment is RM 15,000 (so far had received 60,000). the amount could be higher if Ytc can get developer to pay together with second year payment. Now, the more important issue is- should we accept all cash (estimated RM 660,000) as requested by dad or should we offset with house also? Ytc prefer house + cash so that at least can generate monthly income for dad if the house is rented. If we offset with house, there are few options:


Option 1- Semi D.
2 type-A and B, price from 489,000 - 600,000. size 2,200-2,600 st.
Advantage- a bit far from road so avoid noise, a cut land (tanah potong) so foundation strong
Disadvantage- difficult to rent, expensive, not on dad's land but behind dad's land..



Option 2- terrace corner lot
price around 380,000; built up area not sure, estimate 2200 st
Advantage- can rent for Tadika/ nursery etc; built on dad's own land (sentimental value)
Disadvantage- foundation of refill land (tanah kambus); near to road



Option 3- Terrace intermediate lot
22 X 80; estimate built up 2200; RM 330,000
Advantage- cheapest, relative easy to rent/ sell back; built on dad's land
disadvante- built on refill land; near to road

Ubi kayu



Assalamualaikum

Sedikit tips untuk mendapat isi yang banyak bila menanam ubi kayu
1. Pangkal bawah hendaklah dibelah 4 atau 2. Kemudian disendal dengan batu kecil atau kayu kecil barulah ditanam
2. Jika batang ubi kayu bercambah 2 atau lebih, cantaslah bahagian yang bercambah itu. (Biarkan satu batang saja)
3. Ubi kayu boleh dicabut selepas 6 bulan ditanam
4. Anggaran hasil- RM 6000 sekali tuaian untuk 2000 batang pokok

Projek Cili








Assalamualaikum





Bukan setakat Kelantan, malah ke China pun projek Cili sanggup hantar. Dua hari lagi Backpacker akan dihantar ke China untuk meninjau pasaran di sana. Dengan penduduk yang melebihi 1 billion, banyak peh cili yang boleh dieksport!

Sedikit info tentang cili- anak cili boleh dipindah ke dalam polybag bila tingginya 6 inci. Ini lebih kurang 3minggu-4 minggu selepas semaian..
